1. Booking Appointments

• Clients are advised to book appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Appointments can be made by phone, through our website, or in the salon.

2. Cancellations and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee of €75 per booked hour will be charged.
• In the event of a no-show without timely cancellation, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled service.

3. Payments

• Payments can be made in cash, by debit card, or credit card.
• All services must be paid for at the end of the treatment unless otherwise agreed.
• New clients are required to pay in advance when booking their first appointment.

4. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid until [expiry date] and are not exchangeable for cash.
• Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

5. Health and Allergies

• Clients must inform the salon of any health issues or allergies before the treatment begins.
• The salon is not responsible for adverse reactions due to unspecified allergies or health issues.

6. Punctuality

• Clients are requested to arrive on time for their appointment.
• In case of late arrival, the treatment may be shortened or a new appointment may need to be made.

7. Customer Satisfaction

• We strive to provide the highest quality of service. Any complaints must be reported within 7 days of the treatment.
• If the client is not satisfied with the result, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

8. Personal Belongings

• The salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the salon.

9. Privacy Policy

• All personal data provided by the client will be treated confidentially and used solely for administrative purposes of the salon.

10. Changes to Terms

• The salon reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect from the date of publication.

11. Debt Collection Policy

• If a client fails to pay for services rendered in a timely manner, the salon reserves the right to engage a debt collection agency.
• All costs associated with engaging a debt collection agency, including but not limited to administrative fees, collection fees, and statutory interest, will be passed on to the client.
• By entering into an agreement with the salon, the client is deemed to have accepted these terms.
